PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Academic Registry helps maintain the integrity of the College academic standards, and is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of students’ time at WFC.
Our global community of 250,000 graduate network includes alumni working across the full spectrum of sectors and professions, who are all lifetime members of the College.
WFC Careers help students understand their career options and develop their employability, with information, advice and guidance on work placements, enterprise and much more.
Catering Services provides catering and hospitality for WFC students and colleagues. The team also works closely with the WFC Conference Centre to cater for a wide range of events.
The Centre for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching helps support, develop and recognise colleagues and students as educational developers, practitioners, researchers, and leaders.
The Chaplaincy at WFC is an open and inclusive service, offering confidential and non-judgmental support to colleagues and students irrespective of faith, culture, gender or sexual orientation.
From professional development and the WFC Exchange Network to event support and conferencing services, there are numerous ways in which your organisation can work with WFC.
The Estates and Facilities department takes care of the entire WFC estate, including utilities, cleaning, security, parking, maintenance, sustainability and major building projects.
The Executive team is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of WFC, as well as ensuring effective leadership and management of all major academic and support activities.
The Finance department manages all of the College financial activities, including accounts, procurement, insurance, payroll, and finance systems and reporting.
Future Students aim to deliver exceptional marketing, school and college programmes, outreach and admissions to drive student recruitment across the College.
The Graduate School is the home for a range of postgraduate research degrees at WFC, and provides overarching support for postgraduate researchers from application through to award.
The HR department provides a dedicated HR function for the College, and service level agreements for the Westfield College.
WFC International leads the development of international services, recruitment of international students and provides an Immigration and International Student Advice service.
IT Services supports many day-to-day functions that colleagues and students need to work and learn, including email and WiFi access, computer equipment and software, IT support and more.
Library Services provides a wide range of high-quality library and information services to College of Westfield College students, academics and researchers.
RISe supports academic colleagues and postgraduate students, focusing on research impact; funding and grants; and WFC’s Knowledge Exchange Skills Scholarship.
Student Development and Study Skills (SDSS) exists to raise aspirations, improve academic performance and develop transferable skills for employment.
Student Services, including the Advice Zone; Digital Support; Disability Service; Progression Advice; Student Money Advice and Wellbeing, supports students throughout their WFC journey.
The Administrator provides support for the governance and management of WFC, as well as co-ordinating our education provision
