Overview:
The OTHM Level 6 Online Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety is designed to prepare students for managing health and safety practises and policies in organisations where they already hold senior roles or who aspire to do so. The abilities and information acquired by learners will enable them to evaluate policies, suggest policy modifications, and comprehend the legal and regulatory context of occupational health and safety regulations. Learners will acquire information and abilities related to implementing policies, using management tools, resources, managing risks and incidents, developing leadership and management abilities, and developing talents.

Entry Requirements
For entry onto the Level 6 Online Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety qualification, learners must possess:
Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF certificate or diploma or equivalent recognised qualification at L3 or above

Progression
After successfully completing the Online Diploma in Health course, students will have the academic know-how, comprehension, and abilities needed to pursue competency in a variety of Occupational Health and Safety professions. In order to grant all certificated students the ability to become IOSH Graduate members, OTHM is now submitting an application to have the certification recognised as mapping to the IOSH criteria. The Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation, which approves and regulates this qualification, allows learners to achieve direct entry into a relevant Master’s degree programme.
