2:2 honours degree and above or equivalent – from a recognised institution.

For entry onto the Level 7 Online Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification, learners must possess:
- An Honours’ degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification
- The learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course.

Equivalences
OTHM qualifications at RQF Level 7 represent practical knowledge, skills, capabilities and competencies that are assessed in academic terms as being equivalent to a Master’s Degree, Integrated Master’s Degree, Postgraduate Diplomas, Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and Postgraduate Certificates. Progression
The Level 7 Online Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership degree qualifies students to advance into or within the workforce and/or to pursue further education. Because Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) has approved and regulated this qualification, graduates of this programme are able to move with advanced standing to an MBA Top-up programme.
